Thanks for your continued support. Q:  Is it good for pets?? A:  Yes.....! I use it on my dogs, my horses and my cat. On a farm they roll in heaven knows what!!! My chemist has assured me that the ingrediants are safe and great for animals as well. There is no animal testing in a harmful way. They love it. Folks with show dogs love ITW to keep them clean and long haired cat owners love it! I love the sun screen on the horses mane and tails for protection and easy combing. When I was in Laconia a nice couple came up and informed that there dog chewed up bottle of our product and no ITW to be found. The dog is fine and they were pleased that there was nothing toxic in the product. Q:  Sample requests?? A:  Many of you folks are sending us e-mails for samples. Due to the very high volume of requests we must ask folks to send us a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVOLOPE. It is our pleasure to mail out samples to you. Special circumstances we understand and we will try to help everyone but on the average we must ask for your help in cutting back our cost to keep the cost of our product reasonable to you. Also we are often sent an empty envolope. We want to let you try our product before you purchace it so help us get it to you. Q:  Will it make my hair greasy?? A:  That is a big question asked of our product. I know to feel the formula in your hands it feels like it would make your hair greasy, but it will not if used correctly. I have handed out samples over the past year and have found that folks familar with our type of product are fine. If not many tend to "glob" it on one area of the hair. It is best to rub it in the palms of your hands and then spread it evenly throught out the hair. Then combing it to be sure it covers the entire head. The average person can get more then one use out of one sample. It is very concentrated. Q:  Mom's want to know if it's ok for kids? A:  Yes, no more struggles when combing out wet hair! Apply a small amount to wet hair after bathing and see how easy hair combs. Also while children are active it keeps the tangles from occurring so hair brushing is not a chore. Q:  How does it work? A:  ITW promotes healthy hair without the ripping and tearing. It coats hair keeping it healthy, so wind goes through it. It is great for motorcyclists, convertibles, boaters, and surfers. Folks who ride horses even love it to prevent helmet head. Mom's love it for kids! It works great on existing tangles, but mostly to keep them from happening in the first place. We have no alcohol or wax, a very mild clean sent, essential oil ginger . Q:  Good for everyday use? A:  Yes! It coats the hair and keeps it soft. It is good to take breaks from time to time with any silicone product only a few days is all that is needed. Damaged hair can greatly benefit promoting healthy hair and not ripping and tearing. Q:  Use on color treated hair and perms? A:  It is good for and recommended on treated hair to keep the moisture and protect it. Hair may become bridle and dry being over processed. ITW protects color, has a sunscreen which stops further damage and gives shine to dull hair. Q:  Flammablity? A:  The government doesn't require us to post a warning-Government standings states that cosmetics are exempt to warnings! We choose to post because we want to inform folks and protect ourselves. Astringents and rubbing alcohol are far worse as is many house hold items, like Windex. It is not to put in a scare, but to simply educate folks and use caution. Hair sprays and mousse's are fair worse. Some give warnings and some do not. This appies to the product while it is wet and being applied.
